(*) Prices are valid for minimum five nights stay.
Prices are meant per person per night, including a dinner, menu with double choice. Drinks not included. Chek in h.16.00, chek out h.10.00.

(***) We only accept reservations for the full week.
Surcharges:
- Children 0-2 years price upon meals, children 2-5 years prices decreased by 30%.
- Surcharge for single room 15 € per night.
- Surcharge for full board 11 € per night.
- Surcharge for panoramic view room 10 € per night per room.
- Pets allowed with 4.00 € surcharge per night.

Accepted payment means:
Credit cards (no American Express), Bancomat, cash.
Total amount will be paid at check-in.

Reservations will be considered valid upopn reception of a downpayment. Downpayments will not be refunded on cancellation except when explicitly agreed differently. In case of anticipated departure, independently of the reason, the total amount will be calculated countin services used till then plus three days at price of bed and breakfast.
